Do not forget to salt, pepper and add finely chopped rosemary between each layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour 1 tbsp white wine in each ramekin. Add a nice knob of butter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover with a final layer of potatoes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover each ramekin with aluminum foil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unmould the timbale gently and return to the oven for 10 minutes, pouring on each timbale a drizzle of olive oil so that they lightly brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve without further delay with a good salad!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Preheat oven to 400 \u00b0 F Butter generously 6 ramekins.
